Next to Belly Up. Has connecting doors, especially great in rainy weather. Wonderful, helpful staff! Got us set up for easy entry to Belly Up after a great dinner. Could even come back to get our drinks kept for us.

Perfect for a nice dinner before a concert at Belly Up. The food was amazing! I had lobster dumplings, lobster and shrimp bisque and ahi poke - all outstanding. The waitress was very attentive. I had reservations and did not have to wait to be seated. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

The Wild Note Cafe is next door to and has a back door entrance to the Belly Up music venue in Solana Beach. As such it is an excellent choice to enjoy a nice dinner before the show and get decent seats afterward without having to wait on line outside with the rest of the crowd. The food was good and service was fast. We enjoyed visiting with our friends. It was not quiet the night we were there but that was because there were a lot of people going to a concert next door. We were all doing the same thing so it was ok that it was loud and energetic. The food all around was tasty and everyone enjoyed their entrees.

Smooth jazz and warm sunrays fill the room in this little streetside café. Simple food is on the menu and the dining is definitely casual. Their boisterous neighbors play loud music during the late evening, so be sure to check the schedule at Belly Up's before a visit to the Wild Note.
