Ridiculously complex ordering process. You have to select the correct paper bag from among about 20 different bags. My god, they couldn't just put a checkmark next to the meat type on one slip?...

I got a pastrami sandwich and it was so minced and shredded that it looked like cat food :/ I wasn't able to eat it because the texture of the meat was really off putting. First time there but I won't be returning.
