Buying the tires online allowed me to shop for the best price for the tire size I needed. Having them shipped directly to the installer was free and only took a few days. I was able to call and make an appointment for installation on a weekday, when it wasn't busy. Tires were installed quickly, and they even helped by installing some wiper blades for me for a small fee.
I finally spoke to their customer service. At least now I know they care about customer service to some extent. They couldn't provide anymore help as I had already changed my tires elsewhere.
