I just had a lovely experience when I went in to buy my Dermalogica products. Michelle was friendly, knowledgable and very kind. The shop was super clean and organized. Thanks ladies! I'll be back for all my products from now on!

Last Friday I visited Westside beauty supply in Capitola and was pleasantly surprised. I was immediately greeted, received excellent service and one of the stylists even complimented me on my hair cut. I was given a few samples of hair product and a discount on on my purchase. A perfect shopping experience.

I went here yesterday for the first time and was very pleased. I got a bleaching kit and a couple bright dyes. I was happy that they had exactly what I wanted for a small, local store. The items were a few more $ than Amazon but I'd rather support a local business and not risk the dye spilling in transit. The checker was very nice.

I have to say that, if anything, this place trumps Olympia's in terms of their return policy. As long as you have a receipt, they will accept returns and exchanges without any hassle, and that speaks volumes. Olympia's will but only on very few items that they indicate at the point of sale.
