I've lived here for 5 years now and it's been pretty good. The staff are great and the maintenance is pretty quick. For the most part it's a pretty quiet area. I recommend getting a apartment on the top floor because they're are times you can hear your neighbor upstairs. I gave only 4 stars since I do wish they allowed dogs here, especially since there's a dog park really close by, and covered...

You just can't beat Westover Gardens. Quiet area, park nearby, fireplace, washer & dryer. The staff has always been great to me.

I haven't officially moved into my apartment at Westover but I already know that the staff is one of the best I've ever worked with. The 2 bedroom apartment offers a lot of space, especially in the bedrooms and closets. I am very pleased with the staff and the overall amenities of the building. Great place to live!
