I'm an existing patient, had an appointment, showed up on time, waited 40 min, finally gave up & walked out. Never again. Tip #1: Don't go on Tue or Thu, as those are "specialty" days (ortho, perio, etc.) so it's much busier. Tip #2: Last time it took 2 hrs for x-rays & cleaning.

I was uncomfortable from the start of the appointment and I should have walked away. But with no real concrete reason to walk away, I gave them a chance. Less than a week after, the reason to walk...
