I went in today for my wisdom tooth to be removed. They do other stuff besides taking out my tooth.

I had an appointment at this place. They took me to the room ( the room was dirty), the doctor asked me if I had an appointment because they were very busy. I told him of course I have an appointment, I'm in pain with a broken tooth. I had to tell the doctor that I needed to be pre-medicated before doing any procedure.... and so and so and so.

Having an appt should mean something - I had an appt at 930am, its now 1130am and I still haven't been seen. So many excuses and staff are also rude. They are so quick to take my money every month but takes hours to give me my cleaning. So not cool! Apologies don't mean anything if you're not going to do anything to change it.
