After oral surgery and being told that it the temp bridge installed came off to notify them immedialtey (on a Saturday) I tried calling from 8am Sunday when it fell off until 9pm Sunday night.. they NEVER called back. When I went in this mornign I was told it was no big deal adn that there was nothing they would have done if they HAD called back.. But they would not have known there were no other issues since they didn't call.. And why would they bother telling me to call if it happened if it were no big deal? Extremely POOR customer service... Unless there is a rating less than POOR. I will not be returning to this hack shop.
The worst place ever one dentist on duty trying to pull teeth as fast as he can i pretty much had orel surgery that required 6 stiches they prescribed me antibiotics and tell me to take ibprofin for the pain have not been able to sleep for days the pain is so intense you think they would be smart enough after someone had orel surgery that required stiches they would prescribe some sort of pain...

I regret getting my braces through Western dental orthodontist they are never open every time I have an issue with my braces there never open i call and call and call nobody ever gives me a call back it seems like they're only open when I have an appointment scheduled other than that good luck if anything happens or you have to see them for some reason they're never open their staff is very...
