be careful with y'all insurance, Western Dental will try to charge you as much money they can first time visit. if you have a better insurance company ohhhh they going to add as much they can to reach over $10,000... shoot my wife teeth wasn't that bad but why in the world they charge our insurance a little over $11,000 and she pay $2,348 like seriously???? that to me its call fraud and trust...

This place is a joke! The manager Cynthia Curry is a joke! This is the second time that I go to this POS of a dental office and they can't see me because my insurance wasn't verified. The receptionist are as dumb as the manager! FYI if you look on the back of the card there is a number where you can call and verify the eligibility of the insurance! Just useless

Worst place to go either for general or ortho!! I sure do not recommend it at all. Go somewhere else where it's probably gonna be a lil more pricey but it's gonna be better.. Bad customer service, they don't treat patients respectfully their rude n to top it off their always changing Drs..
