If it would be possible to rate no stars that's what I would do. First, the person who did my appointment over the phone didn't make an appointment during the time a doctor would be in. Second, I get reassigned an appointment 30 minutes later. Third, I'm waiting an additional 25 minutes and go check to see how much longer until I get called and they said they'll check me in...what the heck?!...

Never had rude employees help me. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because I scheduled to do the waxing of my dentures my last appt. 45 minutes before my appt I got a call to confirm my appt. I found out they scheduled me for a regular exam for cleaning etc. What teeth are they gonna clean since I don't have any? Also its frustrating when I have to call myself to make an appt after 2-4...

The waiting room is terrible -- there have been times where it's standing room only and there are 30-something seats. There is a TV blaring the Disney Channel, which might be tolerable since there are a number of small children usually waiting, but once you get in the back to be seen -- there are TVs mounted …
