I went to West Elm store in Charlotte, NC on Sunday and I tried to buy 8 dinner chairs two times which was not possible even though I really liked it.
The reason was the horrible service, two ladies there didn't even help me and if I asked them the price in total she told me to calculate it by myself.
Literally I feel like they don't want me to buy there.
Is really sad that a nice furniture...

I've shopped at west elm for years - purchasing bedroom and living room sets as well as a ton of other items and decor. Maybe I was spoiled by the Tyson's Corner location, but now after going to the Charlotte store over the last four years I'm taking my business elsewhere. If I want west elm, I'll shop online. …
