I lived in WCPM property at 2240 Bay St for 2yrs (2014-2016) and never had a complaint. The onsite property managers were a delight and responsive 24/7. I would've given a 5* rating except for the fact WCPM stinged me for $375 to repair a scratch on the stairwell caused when I moved out. It was a $4 spackling job.

I lived at 150 Franklin Street for 3.5 years. My studio was newly remodeled (minus the shower) and I loved it. WCPM was responsive if I ever had any issues. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that the elevator would break down from time to time and I did have a mouse in apartment. …
