Staff is rude, they are more interested in the TV and gossip than patient care, bedside manners need a overhaul and yes the patients can hear you in the hall and the other room talking about them. Dr. Nida is the best, the rest, not so much.

I am older and have had a fear of dental work because of the pain. Wesley Nida has always been great with me and with very little pain. He has held me together now for about the last 15 years.

I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nida and the group of people he employs. His wife, Teresa, is the receptionist and goes out of her way to accommodate scheduling conflicts all the while with a pleasant manner.
