Customer service is not dead at Wernsing's appliance in Carlinville. Went to pick up a roller brush they ordered for my Oreck vacuum cleaner and Doug told me if I wanted to bring it in that he would replace it for me so I didn't have to hunt down the right screwdriver for the job at home plus he replaced the belt for me also!!!!!!! My vacuum cleaner is sooooooooo much easier to use now! Thanks...
