I would recommend Dr Welsh. Although I do not have dental services done in Rochester these days, over the years since, I've had several other dentist who were very complementary about Dr Welsh work. I think that's testament to a Dr's work when others in the field speak highly of it! Saw him for years and he was a very competent dentist. I've had no problems and his work has lasted decades.

Dr Welsh is a perfectionist! A couple of times when I had an emergency he accepted me during holidays when the office was officially closed. I would definitely recommend him!
