Sat in line for over 20 mins in the drive thru when I called to ask why I got told to move out of line when it's the only line I could go through. They were extremely rude over the phone.

The outside tellers are rude. I love the personnel at the Pasadena locations! Always friendly and professional! Unlike the Deer Park location.

Conveniently located off I-10 on the way out of Houston. They were open in the afternoon on Saturday unlike some other locations.
