Not a big fan. Their customer service has declined over the years, primarily due to one banker.

Tellers are great, branch manager is great but you know what they say about one bad apple...

I have been standing in line close to 15 minutes. Several others are waiting behind me. Two tellers, nobody's in a hurry to get us through the line. Totally ridiculous!
