The wait time is always long. I came on a Friday afternoon around 1:30. I waited 20 minutes for them to work through 2 customers. There were only 2 tellers too. When one teller came back, she seemed absolutely unaware of the extensive line that had grown before me. The biggest frustration was that I waited 20 minutes to do a 2 minute transaction. Either you tell the teller one thing, and they do another and you the customer have to suffer from it.
