Tenants and Landlords beware.

Those are pics of the house as we left it after 2.5 years. They are trying to retain $2250 in security deposit for things like window cleaning, scorpion sealing, and painting nearly the whole house.

Taking to court. Crooks with crooked subs.

BEWARE.

I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.
