This place deserves zero stars. I payed so much money for nothing. my hair is still growing after two years of the treatment. When I first signed up I thought I had 2 years for the contract and the manager said if the hair still grows back then we will even laser areas until the hair is gone even after the two years. …

Very bad customer service from the manager Alexis.I have had no results from the laser hair removal and she tells me just to let you know this is your last treatment. I go inside and they can't treat me because of the medications I'm taking , what a waste of my time and gas.
