On advice of my real estate agent, I retained the services of WNCW for the closing. It was not until at the closing that WNCW insisted I have documentation for work that was not supposed to happen until after I became the owner of the unit. How am I supposed to produce documentation for something that hasn't happened yet? WNCW's abundance of caution was as aggressive as their stupidity.

MUGGED!! in a simple residential closing, their contract was vague, their communication terrible: the attorney never explained the process or his role to me (a non-attorney and first-house buyer), he never asked me whether i wanted to approve him to do additional work (due to an unexpected situation at the house), he never told me i was accumulating hours that were going to be billed above...
