Got confirmation number, but no storage!

I thought this was going to be great. Rented a climate controlled unit. Got a text with a confirmation and an e-mail....went to facility and there wasn't any units available!! This is just a few days before we have to be moved out of our rental house!! I called the facility direct and he says....Well that's unfortunate...and that was it! Other than he really wished Sparefoot would not do...
