Awesome!

A fun company to have around your property! We met these UGLY POOL GUYS at the homeshow and we impressed by their World Record Pool (look it up, it's cool!) and could not wait to have them out. We had a waterfall put in, new pool equipment, and the pebble sheen surface. It looks great and we could not be happier!

Backyard of My Dreams

We Fix Ugly Pools did a wonderful job in building my dream backyard. They took my vision and transformed it into much more than I ever could have imagined. From the moment that they sat down with me to design the pool, spa, barbeque, fireplace and landscaping; all through construction; and to the finished product --- I was completely satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond my expectations in all facets of the project. I appreciate their precision in assuring that each phase of the advancing project met and exceeded the anticipated quality of work. They were on-site to ensure that the work as specified. They constantly asked for my assurance that I was completely satisfied with each phase before proceeding to the next. It was pleasing to see the commitment they personally gave me, and the pride and passion they showed in the project.

Call the ugly pool guys at we fix ugly pools and see what they can do for you! I did and I couldn't be happier. They remoldeled my pool and installed new swimming pool equipment. We love our new backyard!

I am saddened when to hear anything negative about our company and even more so when we have a customer that we have had since late 2009 and have provided consistent and on-going service with since this time. We would not jeopardize our relationship with any customer, much less one that we have built a relationship with for $26.90.

For recent repairs done on my pool, I had We Fix Ugly Pools do the work.  I was charged a $95 service/labor fee for them to come out and see what was to be done and then an additional $677.79 for the parts and repair completion.  The total should have been $772.79, but they charged my credit card $799.69.

Horrible customer service! First, they didn't clean up the mess they created when resurfacing my pool. It took multiple calls to have the clean-up finished. Second, they didn't return phone calls when there were questions about the invoice. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would advise anyone to look for another company if you need pool repair.
