Where to begin. The place I reserved my trailer was changed on me. When I went to the right location, my trailer was doubled booked and given away. The closest location was this location, 40 miles way from my original location. Was told by Uhaul the 2' ball would fit and the electrical components would fit my 7 prong outlet. Neither worked. The first location we went to was off of 6th Ave in Decatur Alabama. The worst service I have ever received in my life. You guys need to really work on the service in that store. I returned the truck to the dealer on the beltline road. Service was amazing.
