They sell terrible products and don't support them when they break. I would never recommend Wayne Dalton to anyone! I purchased the iDrive product in 2007....

Bought a new house with a garage door installed by Wayne Dalton. Only one of the two garage remotes worked so the warranty department made an appointment...

We just had our door replaced, Wayne Daltons salesman came out to our house. He took the time to explain what they use vs. the other guys. We got an insulated door with polyurethane, for less than the other guys their model 8300. At the same time he showed me a liftmaster 3800 opener...all I can say …

Not a bad experience. The people were very friendly, and followed a few specific instructions that I had with no complications. Service call took 30 mins which was great. Only issue I have with Wayne Dalton is that no other company can/will work on these doors. As long as I have satisfactory experiences with this company though, there will be no complaints from me.
