I chose to buy from Water Heaters Only, even though their quote was one of the highest, because they seemed knowledgeable about the permit process for my city. Big mistake -When the installer arrived, we inspected my current installation, and I asked about an alternative method. From that point on the installer dodged any further discussion. They offer great service and the lowest prices compared. I made a few phone calls to check on prices to change a water heater and they offered the lowest prices. They replaced my old heater and installed a new one within an hour. I'm very satisfied with the quick response and job they did. The staff are great and friendly from on the phone to in person.
