Between Dr. Patel and his staff they are all very courteous and caring. It's a warm place to be and I've never had an issue with all of the work that's been done. (It's a lot and still not over)
gentle, caring, personal... I don't hate going to the dentist since I started coming to WV Dental! (and I'm a Senior citizen... so that's a considerable number of dentists under the bridge!)
Doctor Patel and staff always take extra measures to make sure my visit is as pleasant as possible. They anticipate my concerns about pain, cost, and comfort and help me well-informed decisions about my care and treatment plan.
The office staff is always very nice, however we have gone since May without invisaligns since no one called when the trays came in despite a follow-up call to the office beginning of July. Apts also are not always noted so we get last minute notice that there is no apt and have to wait. Next visit is documented & email sent so more confidence in the staff that this will actually be the next apt
