This hotel is a Dallas standard! Perfect location for dining, shopping, etc. Bernie at the front desk is wonderful. My reservation was canceled somehow by Expedia and he was a true professional as he took care of the situation.

Rude maitre de in bar/lounge

We were at the hotel visiting guests staying there and wanted a drink before saying goodnight. From the first encounter with the maitre de whom took our name he was incredibly rude. I won't go into details, save time, go to The Mansion as we did, they know how to treat people, even if not guests of the hotel.

This is a very elegant, old style hotel. My room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable and has a nice selection of pillows. The shower is hot with good water pressure.
