Very quiet and cozy. People seem friendly - reminds me of Melrose Place. Units situated around pool give it a nice feel.

My boyfriend and I moved here after living in apartments near SDSU, and this is SUCH a step up! What we pay for a 2 bedroom is what most people would pay for a 1 bedroom in San Diego. It is so quiet, we hardly ever hear anyone. It has awesome access to the freeway and is easy to find parking! :)

I recently moved out of this apartment complex after living there for the past three years. You can't beat the convenient freeway access and central location. The property is well maintained, maintenance issues are quickly resolved and the management personnel is great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to others,

Good neighborhood, nice neighbors The parking lot lights should be replaced more regularly because the lot is about a block long with very bad lighting at the far end, which is a safety hazard.

This is a nice cozy complex. Everyone is very friendly. Everyone is also respectful and not noisy at night. If anything needs to be fixed, it is fixed in a reasonable time frame. Everything is kept clean.
