Wow! Where do I begin? Absolute worse customer service we have experienced (sans Time Warner/Spectrum & Direct tv).EVERY time we have tried to contact customer "service" the phone rings & rings....

The customer service is non-existent. No one will answer the phone when you call in. If someone surprisingly does pick up an outside line, there is rarely any follow up from the needed...

It's Walmart. I don't think I have ever been to a Walmart that I would even consider rating more than 3-stars. But with that in mind, as far as Walmart goes, this is a relatively good location....
