Marvin and the staff of Wall Street Jewelers were a pleasure to work with. I showed him three pictures of an engagement ring that I wanted and he designed one for me that was above and beyond the detail of the original! Marvin exhibited an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism. He returns calls and responds to emails immediately. I've been going to Wall Street Jewelers for years and the reason is because every time I go there they treat me like family. Lorraine is a gem, the sweetest, always follows up with a phone call reminding me my pieces are in, giving me a heads up with they are having sales and they give the best prices on gold. I recently purchased my wedding bands and Marvin cleaned my husbands extra diamond ring for nothing. It looked brand new like I had purchased a new ring.
