Worst Pharmacy in Winston Salem

I hate this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is the slowest I've ever seen. I've tried going inside to get my prescriptions and the drive thru - both take forever. I had hoped that walking in would prompt the staff to move more quickly. Nope - doesn't happen.

To make matters worse, they've been out my medication on THREE different occasions. I finally gave up and stopped going to Walgreens. Too bad because the location is a convenient one.

The Walgreens pharmacy on Cloverdale in Winston Salem has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. Talk about bad customer service and you'll be talking about Walgreens. Here's what happened. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription I'd dropped off earlier in the day. I go up to the counter and I'm the ONLY customer there. Further, there was no one there when I walked up (from the front of the store). I wait...and wait....no response from ""Latefaah"" that's behind the counter on the computer. Finally after standing there for 3 minutes I ask if there's anyone that can help me. No...

SLOW Pharmacy

If speed of service if what you want then this is not the pharmacy for you. They are slower than molasses in February. That statement goes for both the drive thru and the pharmacy counter inside the store.

While the staff is nice enough and they fill the prescriptions accurately - they just aren't motivated to move quickly.

Tonight we were the only car in the drive thru and after 10 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and left without the prescription.

So, we're changing pharmacies. Fingers crossed we find one that's faster.
