It seems as though all of the funding and upkeep goes to the Sunset/Vine location. This location is understaffed in the pharmacy and could benefit from better management. As a whole, this location is obviously old and in need of some upgrades/attention to details. Two stars is probably generous.

The worst.... Most of the time I don't even pick up my prescription because they take sooooooooooooooooo long! The wait in line is ridiculous. This walgreens sucks ass, they suck ass be prepared to wait 30 mins in line and have them screw up your prescription then they will tell you to come back because they screwed it up then you will come back and wait another 30 mins again Its always your time wasted not theirs They will screw you thats what they do Customer service here sucks ass

Just waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak with the pharmacy...absurd. Don't bother calling.

The pharmacy is extremely slow and busy with overworked and understaffed pharmacists. We have to wait more than 45 minutes to get one simple prescription. Also, they don't even stock simple prescriptive drugs like tobramycin eye drop. I have to come back the next day to pick up the other prescription. Don't come to this Walgreen if you want your prescriptions to refilled fast.
