My son's dr called in a prescription for antibiotics early this morning. When I arrived to pick the prescription up at 4, they then proceeded to tell me they didn't have that medicine. They'd had the prescription all day and didnt' once make an attempt to call me or the dr, to find out about a replacement or to see if i wanted it called into another pharmacy. There is a new pharmacy manager at this Walgreens in Jefferson City and she was great. My son was sick and I didn't want to drive up to Morristown to get his medicine that had to be compounded together by the pharmacist. So the pharmacy manager went and got it and brought it back and made it up herself. I switched my famiy's prescriptions from across the street and am glad I did.
