The pickup line time today was 40 minutes!! It took another 10 minutes when we got to the window. I received a text saying my medications were ready and she could only find two and told me to come back in 15 minutes for the other one.

Their service is super slow! Every time you go expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to get served. I don't understand why! I spend about 30 minutes in there, and they couldn't fill my prescription...

What a disappointment. Today after some deep surgery, they made us wait 2 1/2 hours to get us my pain meds. The pain level had gotten way over the top. While my doctor said to stay ahead of the pain, this horrendously terrible service undid what the doctor told me. What horrible service.
