I definitely agree with all the other reviews mentioning how incredibly time-consuming a trip here can be due to the constant lines, both at check out and the pharmacy. Where to begin? There are 5-10 customers waiting at the pharmacy counter at all hours. Some customers feel the need to chastise the staff for five minutes, so expect to wait 20 minutes to DROP OFF a script. Pick up, forget about it. Controlled substances can't be filled until the day a previous prescription expires. Most locations offer five days of leeway.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. The pharmacy techs don't know how to properly process insurance covered scripts. Unless you're paying all cash, expect problems. Moreover, the line to wait in to pick up your prescription may be only 8 people long but you'll be standing …
