OMG! Was sent all over Brooklyn to get a hard to fill prescription for my daughter. Sucked, but was okay with the situation because the pharmacists at the Prospect Ave, and Church/Nostrand locations were genuinely helpful and concerned. Ended up here, where the staff reeked of apathy. …

Customer service stink. I waited 45 minutes for my RX to be filled the pharmacy tech that took my request left without informing her relief I was waiting. I then received a call from the pharmacy saying my RX was ready. I step to the counter the next pharmacy tech then acknowledge she was not aware I was waiting as suggested I should join the back of the line. I plan to use another pharmacy.
