The customer service we have received from this company so far is bad. We originally had our first appointment scheduled on 6/15 between 9am-3pm. I was told by Toni/Tony (it's a female) on 6/12...

They were over an hour late and didn't tell us when they left, so our pool gate was left open and unattended. Work was fine; customer service wasn't.

Wagner pest solutions is amazing they fixed our termite issus and are coming out to spary so my kids aren't eaten by ants....the staff is amazing and they get you scheduled fast! We won't use anyone else Wagner pest solutions rock!!!!
