I ordered a large mirror from the company. I was told at the outset that there would be a delay of one day due to staffing shortages. Upon next contact I was told that the order was probably somewhere in the shop but there would be a delay of several days. I contacted Freddie's autoglass and had the mirror within the hour. Freddie seemed to appreciate the business and I subsequently commissioned another project with the same professional treatment.

Waco Glass and Mirrow gives the impression that it has plenty of business and is disinterested in serving customers of lesser importance.

Between the clerk (Jennifer) and the "manager" Joann, this company made it quite clear that their customers do not come first. The clerk was rude from the very beginning of my phone call to place an order for glass. Her response to my wanting to put an order in, was basically that I was bothering her and she had better things to do. She sighed and rudely paused throughout the conversation and...
