Jason was extremely professional and personable. Our furnace was not working and after Jason took a look at it he discovered it was only a disconnected wire. He could have said we needed a major repair, but he was honest and reconnected the wire. He also looked at our humidifier, which had been gushing out water. I would highly recommend Jason. He is personable and honest. Prior to arriving for the appointment he called asked if I had changed my air filter recently. I thought I had but after checking the filter looked very dirty. We talked about this and he recommeded that I change the filter and then cycle the power switch and see if that got the furnace going again. Well, that worked and saved me...
