My children's ages are 17yrs, 14yrs, 13yrs, and 9yrs. They all had their teeth cleaned looked at their x-rays and the dentist explained to the children what each of them needed to have corrected....

Rude staff! I called to make an appointment and the woman was so rude I ended up just hanging up! Who wants to take their kid to an office where the employees treat you rudely before you even go! Find another dentist office people!!!

Let me just say that the staff was awesome....but the waiting room area made this office intolerable!! In between children running around, screaming, hitting, while the so called parents are on their cell phones or just down right ignoring them, leaving the office staff and others to watch their children. Owner rude to children!!!

My 9 year old was in the chair getting prepped for a couple of fillings, well of course he is afraid, which most people are that comes to the dentist. He starts to cry snd it progressively gets loud, which the dentist that was working on him was very patient, and considerate if him being afraid plus he had some bad experiences before at this same company, but different location. The owner comes in, in an outrage and started yelling at my child and went on to say he was too old for all that crying and ifhe kept it up he was going to do the work himself and it would not be nice. I couldgained tell by the look on the other dentist's face and the assistant that they didn't feel what was said was appropriate nor acceptable and was imbarrased by such ugly talk towards a young child.I was shocked, and speechless at the same time because i could not believe my eyes, he said these things to my child in front of me. When i gained proposure i addressed him to let him know that i didn't appreciate what he did and that i was not coming back even though we were moving out of state the next day, if we had to move back we would find another dentist.
