In the beginning I loved going to Vitahl. I felt like it was well organized and my appts were always consistent. Lately it has not been this way. I have moved on to another spa and don't think I will go back for a number of reasons. It seems really unfortunate because I was a regular customer.

I did not like the person that did my procedure. It was extremely painful! I had had it done by other therapists and it was never that painful. She never even offered any anesthesia!
I have two painful sores just below my lip where she blasted me and other painful areas. I wouldn't even let her touch my nose! I never usually complain but this was just too much ☹️
Rachel is by far the best I've ever been to for Botox and fillers! I've never looked or felt better after going to her for about a year now.
Kenna is great and the staff is helpful. I like when they have my Brilliant Distinction points ready for me when I check out. I like that we can purchase product ahead of time and then use it accordingly when we meet with our injector so the correct amount and product is used as needed on the face.
