My Virginia Mason nightmare began last October, when I want to the emergency room seeking help for increased pain in a broken shoulder.
An emergency room doc spent virtually all of a half-hour visit ranting at me for taking a medication he didn't like. This med had no relation to the fracture.
He neither examined me nor asked me any questions about the pain.
If he had, he may have found that...
