Unfairly billed and then treated unprofessionally

This office clearly told my husband that we were in network for our insurance and when I arrived, there were no problems. However, I was later billed out of network and when I refused to pay, they threatened to send me to collections. Terribly unprofessional.

Dr's. Pat and Winona are amazing and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your results. I drive two hours to and from just to see them and they always take such good care of me! You will never be disappointed with their services, professionalism, and staff.
