Keith, your 10 year old coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking. Remember seeing it? The tank was replaced 4/15/10 @ $123.40 including labor not $200. My Volvo V70 was losing coolant, so I took it in. For $200 VIP replaced the reservoir. I was still losing coolant, so back in I went. Partner #2 told me the problem was in my heater core--then charged me $40 for checking it out, even though Partner #1 had misdiagnosed the problem. Heater core repair was $492. Still, I continued to lose fluid. This time when I came in they said they didn't...
