Employees don't wear face masks

My family and I have shopped at Vincent's Sports Shop In Simsbury twice recently. On both occassions the salesperson who assisted us was not wearing a COVID-19 face mask at any point during our visit. Today I gently pointed this out to the man and he just smirked and said, "You think I should wear one?"
