I can only say positive things about Dr. Vincent Ng and the staff at Weill Cornell downtown medical practice. Dr. Ng is bright, thorough, polite, and spot on with his diagnosis.

Wasted afternoon after leaving work early for my appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting, I left. Staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. This is the second time within the past year that this has happened. Look elsewhere for a reliable doctor who cares about his patients and their time.

Unprofessional. Rude staff. Young Asian girl at front desk was especially rude. Made me wait close to 1 hour and then told me I had to wait a lot longer. Dr. Ng is a poor doctor who clearly does not respect his patients time.

Very unprofessional. I called the receptionist from my home to informed her that I would be arriving late (between 15 and 20 minutes). She said ok, I drove 90 minutes and incurred more than $47.00 in traveling and parking fees. I was neither told that he would not see nor was I give the option to see another attending physician. I waited nearly 90 before I started to make an issue of me not...
