My boyfriend and I are relocating to Denver and we were very interested in this place until we read the reviews. We decided to call anyway just to see what they had to say. Guess what, no one answered during business hours. Surprise surprise. Then we researched the crime in the area... Yea no thanks we'll pass.
The new management has made great changes here. I have lived here for 10 years and have seen managers come and go. The group that they have in the office now is great. They are always here and they are really good and calling me back. maintenace is getting done and the lawns are starting to look good. I am happy here. It was really rough for awhile though
When i moved out the claimed that i didnt give them notice even though i did. The lady was very rude to me and called me a liar, after living in the this unit and paying my rent on time and causing no disturbances for the year. So becasue of there poor office systems my roomate and i are being charged 1,000 dollars. I DO NOT RECOMMED TO ANYONE TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE WITH SUCH POOR MANAGMENT.
After 2.5 years, I still have to turn on the heat to get the hot water to work. It took several months to fix the washer and when they did they broke the dryer, so that was another several months. I can't believe anyone on the staff deserves a paycheck. I will be contacting the owners of the building to ask why they have engaged this particular management company. There are many people out...
