Not safe. The owner refuses to give paying customers towels. Not a safe environment. Rooms are old run down and mold. Rooms are cheap and you still don't get what you paid for.

It's cheap, and the rooms are reasonably clean. It's not in the greatest area, but I didn't feel unsafe at any time. It's not the nicest area, but it's a quick cab ride to the downtown area.
