Todd came to my house to service a new door handle I had purchased from another hardware store. I wasn't able to unclock my door and he took the whole things apart, re-tooled some pieces and it's good as new! I would highly recommend Village Lock and Key for hardware and service.

Had my house rekeyed after moving in. A few locks didn't match so we put new ones in. He noticed a few latches were failing so those were replaced too.
